Meet the owner,

James comes from the Hospitality industry where clean does not mean clean but cleaning with sanitation is the actual complete concept of eating off the floor. Transferring his talents, he had worked for lake counties 2 ND largest janitorial firm that reached 5 counties. The firm offered commercial and residential cleaning services.

Wanting more, he experienced the cleaning knowledge and skills needed from University Hospital Systems. This made a huge lasting impression on proper infection and cross contamination controlls.This was not limited to; house keeping, residence, common, ER and OR rooms to say the least. This made him a well rounded business leader. James bought into several national cleaning franchises later realizing he can offer more while managing his own company.

Guardian Janitorial Service name came about when a client asked him to clean her house, reluctantly he did it anyway. Having a sister and a cousin who operate their own residential cleaning service told him he already knew how to clean but they will show him the way residential is really  done. Soon after that, he accepted his commercial client also as-residential client. Later the client said she can "feel a difference in her home when clean by James" clean and she "has no fear of loosing personal items or theft anymore". She felt secure giving him the keys to her house. Then another client felt the same way and the new name changed to token term Guardian of the home to Guardian Janitorial Services thus the company was re-born.
